MKM can look back on an impressive history of over 100 years.

It has been a long journey from a Soviet joint stock company to a VEB combine to Mansfelder Kupfer und Messing. Copper mining took place here in Hettstedt at an early stage and today MKM is still one of the major players on the European copper and copper alloy market.

Our task: the new corporate design should transfer history and grown expertise into the present. At the same time, it should represent strength, perspective, independence and flexibility in a competitive market.
